Our current scope is Texas only with 2-3 current branch offices , mainly in the space of Industrial/Manufacturing and Office/Professional with little/no exposure to IT/Engineering placements. We are looking for someone to be comfortable joining us with full transparency of our size- we are a true Small/Mid sized staffing firm.
Generally speaking, our compensation structure includes Medical, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD, PTO plan, but does not include a 401K or large bonus guarantee- we can chat further in this area but would like to narrow down your salary needs sooner rather than later.
As a Staffing Company, one of our key responsibilities is that we administer payroll weekly to 300-500+ employees. If you have not had advanced exposure to in-house payroll please let us know and understand this is a primary requirement.
You must have experience with the following:
- Quickbooks Online
- PLUS! Legal- EEO Responses, work alongside Employment Attorney as need arises, etc.
- Payroll tax report filings, i.e. 941, 940, Texas Suta
- Knowledge of Cafeteria plan (pre-tax) calculations, etc.
- Did you utilize ADP/Online payroll service or did you reconcile and file the reports
- Benefits Administration
- Quarterly payroll tax filings
- Monthly reconciliations
- Worker's Comp Reporting/Audit Preparation
