Tax Analyst
Long Term Temporary (3-4 months), possible Temp to Hire
Pay: $28.00 per hour

Duties:

• Filling out tax credit spreadsheets and insuring they are accurate and we have a certificate indexed in our tax software for that customer/job to be submitted to me for final review and approval.
• Sales Tax filing
• Call and email customers for missing certificates as well as for updates on expired certs these for our central branches  
• Help collect and index certificates into our tax software’s as we move new branches live. 
• Keep up with and fill out the tax correction log that tracks all credits issued.
• Provide clerical support to the Indirect Tax Team
• Maintain and organize tax files, as needed
• Assemble tax data required for state and local tax audits

• Must have prior experience with Sales and Use Tax
• Effective communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
• Prefer Bachelor's Degree, but not required
