Territory Sales Manager
Territory Includes: Utah/Colorado/New Mexico/El Paso
$90-105k range DOE plus bonus and commission.
Product knowledge (Welding Academy Basic and Advanced)
â–ª Minimum 5 years experience in sales of industrial or technical products
â–ª Strong knowledge and experience in the use of sales management tools
â–ª Cross-Selling
â–ª Negotiation skills with clients
Detailed knowledge in Product range in weldingâ–ª Welding processes
â–ª Assignment of products to application procedures and segments
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
â–ª Plan the sales activities to achieve the targets Budget
â–ª Responsible for Territory sales budget
â–ª Responsible for territory S&OP
â–ª Responsible for territory CM1
â–ª Plan, execute and track the customer visits
â–ª Understand the customer needs & provide active support for customers and sales channels
â–ª Implement sales initiatives & conduct market research
â–ª Price negotiating within predetermined parameters
â–ª Acceptance and tracking of complaints
â–ª Customer acquisition (cold calling)
â–ª Reporting sales trends
â–ª Maintain and ensure market intelligence for the respective sales territory
â–ª Monitor the competitor activity
â–ª Pursuit of the implemented sales processes and use of the implemented sales tools
â–ª Update & ongoing maintain the customer data information in vaBW-Customer Relation Management (CRM) program
â–ª Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appr
