Responsibilities:
- Accurately select and pull orders based on customer requirements.
- Pack and prepare items for shipment according to company guidelines.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging materials are used.
- Create and attach accurate shipping labels and documentation.
- Organize and stage orders for pickup or delivery.
- Perform inventory counts, restocking, and maintain packing supply levels.
- Verify and double-check items for accuracy and quality before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse, order selection, or packing/shipping experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills for inputting shipping information.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work as part of a team.
