Job Title: Warehouse Lead
2 Team Lead Candidates (Starting from $16 to $18/hr)
Pay: $16.00/hour (Growth opportunity)
Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm (NO weekends)

Job Description:
We are hiring a Manufacturing Team Member to join our team! You will be trained into a Lead role as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Team Player
Operate, maintain, and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment
Troubleshoot any mechanical failures
Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Adhere to safety policies and procedures
Maintain high production standards
Other duties assigned
Willingness to be dynamically cross trained in multiple departments
Ability to be at work every day
o Regular work hours are Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (with breaks)
o Overtime & Weekend work is available (after 40 regular hours per week...overtime pays x 1.5)
Inventory/Quality Control
Qualifications:
Preferred - Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
Preferred - Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
o Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
o Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Reliable Transportation
Ability to read/use a tape measure
Must have active bank account and valid email address
o Paychecks are directly deposited to your bank every week and a copy of your pay stub is sent through email
Passing a pre-employment drug test is required
