Warehouse/Cycle Count/Inventory Control
Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50/hour.
First Shift 7:00 am - 4:00 p.m. (OT Flex - Start and End Time)
Strong Cycle Counting/Inventory Control - Must have Stand-up and Sit-down Forklift
High school or equivalent education, some college preferred ( Will be verified)
JOB PURPOSE
Performs various warehouse duties to ensure customer orders, inventory, equipment, and facility resources are processed and managed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Follows supervisor’s instructions and departmental procedures in preparing customer orders.
- Picks orders accordingly to the production scheduling boards.
- Reviews and compares production documents and material picked to ensure the completeness of the order.
- Visually inspects product for cosmetic defects and to verify counts.
- Accurately and clearly labels identifies any and all material discrepancies, and also notes any opportunities on the Hr x Hr board.
- Routes internal distribution of documentation as appropriate.
- Uses material handling equipment to move material around the warehouse of the facility. Loads product onto tugger cart in staging area.
- Maintains an accurate record of all work performed in the appropriate company format/form.
- Follows all 5S practices and supports lean activities, as well as safety regulations policies and procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- -High school or equivalent education, some college preferred (Will be verified)
- -1-2 year similar experience
- -Familiar with SAP warehouse module
