Job Description

eCommerce Database Assistant I
Temp to Hire
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Summary:
Our client is looking for dependable, self-motivated individual with a great work ethic! The eCommerce Database Assistant role is an integral part of the eCommerce team and is responsible for submitting and maintaining client’s digital item information for their online retail trading partners. Our client is growing and they need your help!
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and Input Item Information for On-line Retailers
  • Manage Data alerts for non-compliant items/missing or incorrect item information Populate Excel spreadsheets, Digital imagery, and other onboarding templates
  • Perform routine audit of online items including oversight of newly published item content Perform routine item maintenance as needed
  • Work with other team members to obtain Pricing, missing information and/or imagery
  • Participate in online training courses provided by retailers such as Home Depot University
  • Maintain familiarity with products by attending routine company training
  • Assist with reporting and other ecommerce duties as requested
  • Assist with various tasks to support e-commerce operations needs

Qualifications: 
  • MUST be a self-starter with ability to work alone or in a team setting
  • Proficient in Excel and other MS Office programs
  • Highly detail -oriented organized and accurate
  • Experience in eCommerce content management is preferred, but not required
  • Willingness to learn new tools and propose improvements
  • Must be dependable!
  • Professional and Friendly demeanor
  • Strong verbal and written communicator
  • Experience with I-Series/AS400 a plus
