She/he needs to check the products to comply with guidelines and specifications. The Production Technician will work closely with&nbsp;Production and Process&nbsp;Engineers to ensure equipment performance, product quality, and overall manufacturing efficiency meet company standards.</div><div><br></div><div>Job Responsibilities</div><div>Daily Tasks</div><ul type="circle"><li>Operate and monitor production machines to ensure continuous and stable operation.</li><li>Perform equipment calibration, setup, and verification per established procedures.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.</li><li>Perform basic repairs and adjustments to maintain uptime and prevent quality deviations.</li><li>Conduct preliminary root cause analysis on equipment and device failures.</li><li>Support engineers in identifying and documenting failure modes and contributing factors.</li><li>Rework failed devices and components following defined rework or repair procedures.</li><li>Follow established work instructions, operating procedures, and safety protocols.</li><li>Maintain detailed logs of machine performance, failure trends, and maintenance actions.</li><li>Support the engineering team during process development and qualification runs.</li><li>Perform data collection and assist in generating reports or documentation as needed.</li><li>Escalate recurring or critical issues to the Equipment Engineer or Section Supervisor.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with cleanroom standards.</li><li>Provide backup support for operators when necessary.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager, Section Manager, or Production Supervisor.</li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>Supervisory Responsibilities<ul type="circle"><li>The Production Technician may assist the Production Supervisor in overseeing operators in their absence.
